Yesterday.. I met with a Personal Wellness Coach of Herbalife. It's my first time to let some stranger ukur berat badan and analyze kandungan lemak and air and bla bla bla.. I met her not so much of aku nak kurus.. But aku nak sihat... Sihat macam dulu.. Where I can run instead of jogging... Swim 300 meters non stop rather than stop at 50 meters.
So..after the evaluation.. These are the result..
Age: 26
Height: 151 cm
Body Weight : 55kg -(ok.. 1st time berat aku cecah this number..)
Total body fat : 34.6% (this one really freak me out)
Muscle Mass : 34.5 (still in good condition)
Metabolic Age : 30+ (gile yang ni lagi horror!!!)
Visceral Fat : 5 (Medium) --- This is the main reason why I ended up spending RM 609 on the spot for all the products.. Let me explain... Visceral Fat ni lemak dalam salur yang mengelilingi organ penting dalam badan contohnye jantung.. Lemak ni yang buat punca sudden death. A good score should be from 1-2. While 5-8 kire range medium score la. But.most of sudden death cases.. the dead scores about 7-8.. which sangat dekat dengan score aku.. and aku sgt sangat FREAK OUT OK!!! I dont care about the cost. I just want to be healthy...
So... Every 2 weeks i need to see my personal wellness coach untuk dia monitor progress aku. Secara tak langsung produk ni akan turunkan berat badan aku. Gila hapa ko. Bulan 6 aku timbang berat aku 46 kg. and after 7 month.. berat aku naik 9kg. HORRORRR!...
Well.let me share with u my RM609 punye healthy produk...
Morning Dose:
1. 400 ml water + 1 penutup Herbalife Aloe Vera ( cost me RM 165)
2. 400 ml water + 1 tea spoon of Herbalife Tea Mix- Lemon and Hibiscus (RM 128)
3. 250 ml cool water + 2 big spoon of F1 Strawberry Shakes.. (RM 163)
After lunch:
1. Take 1 tablet of Omega Fish Oil (RM 153) - penting to reduce Visceral Fat
Dinner:
1. 250 ml cool water + 2 big spoon of F1 Strawberry Shakes - boleh buat ice blended u olz... Ikut suke hati nak buat resepi mcm mana...
After 2 weeks.. I have to see my wellness coach to do another evaluation.. Hopefully kuranglaa kandungan visceral fat..
And aku pon ada buat aku punye intensive monitoring sistem.. Aku lekatkan jadual at the back of my organizer.. So aku alert dgn perubahan badan aku. And i'll update every progress that i make ok... Will write again soon.. :)

i. dah bukak buku ASB.. (baru nak bukak)
ii. dah buat loan dgn easy RHB utk ASB
iii. Beli Herbalife setelah sekian lama di promote. hihihi..
