Finally I got to watch New Moon on the 2nd dya of raya haji despite all the business at home. Well I can say that I am more than satisfied after watching the movie and can't wait for Eclipse. Well these are my reviews especially on the characters.
Edward : Always charming. and I wonder how a man without a soul can love a woman so badly.. it makes me think about a man with a soul.. ~~ sigh*
Bella : She shows the pain of being leaved by the loved ones even though she didn't drop any tears.. I don't think that a hearbroken women should be shown by tears only as what reported in other movie reviews in magazines and papers .. I think the griefing part is enough to show how hurt she was and how much she hope that edward will be back someday...
Jacob : I don't quite like Jacob when reading the novel.. I think taht he is stubborn and such a troublesome. But in New Moon, despite the fact that he's damn hot, he really shows that he loves Bella so much.. maybe as much as Edward,, but in his own ways.. I can see the pain in his eyes when Bella said "Don't make me choose because it always been Edward"... Bravo Taylor Lautner.. U really did it this time.. - well Bella is so lucky.. Being loved by two almost perfect guys..
Sam Uley : I imagine that the chief of the wolvepacks will be dark, big, old and bad looking guy.. But I'm amazed that Sam turns out to be a hunk with the six packs.. and he's damn cool as a chief.
Emily : Sam's fiancee. She's beautiful.. Ignore the scar of her face coz Sam wouldn't like it if u stare,,, =)
Quil and Embry : I wonder how these two cuties become a werewolves.. *sigh*..so cute..funny and cool....
Aro : I thought aro will be old, bald headed man just like Lord Voldermort in Harry Potter but with red eyes,, But he's totally different from what I've imagined.. Except for the red eyes..
Caius and Marcus : Aro's right hand.. I imagined that they'll be young, strong and evil face as they 're like Aro's guard.. But they turn out to be old and.. hurm... not strong enough,,, (despite their magical power.. am talking about the physical appearance)..
Jane : She seems beautiful and the face didn't show that she's evil enough to kill..
As for the other Cullen, I can say that they're all pretty charming, cool and lovely..and tehy love the human , Bella, except for Rosalie (she behave like that under certain curcimstances.. it all will be explained in the next coming movie).. if u read the novel,,i'm sure u know why..
Well, as for the story lines, I can say that I fully satisfied - it follows the story line of the novel and the ending was like.. my god.. when is the next movie coming up... It ended the movie with Edward saying 'Will u marry me Bella?"
